Already booking your own vendors? We fill in the logistics, design, and paperwork.
Available inside either package: we coordinate chairs, tables, linens, and decor rentals with your vendors, and pull the tablescape and ceremony styling into one cohesive look — so it reads as considered, not assembled the week before.
Full-service means we run everything from the first vendor call to the last dance. Partial planning means you’ve already got some or all of your vendors booked, and we step in for the logistics, design direction, and contract review that turn a list of bookings into an actual event.
Ideally 9–12 months out for full-service planning, especially for popular Fraser Valley venues that book up a year ahead. Partial planning and month-of coordination can start later — sometimes as close as 60–90 days out — depending on how much is already in place.
